Who we serve
Preparation for the work your professionals already do.
When a matter arrives as months of statements, professional time should go to judgment and analysis, not typing transactions.
Forensic and litigation teams
Statement-level schedules prepared and reconciled before professionals begin tracing, damages, or investigative analysis.
Valuation professionals
Bank and card statement data organized into review-ready schedules before analysts spend time entering transactions by hand.
Divorce-finance professionals
Scanned and paper records organized into reconciled schedules that support marital financial analysis and lifestyle review.
Fiduciary professionals
Statement records converted into reviewed transaction schedules for estate, trust, and related accounting work.
Service guides
Statement preparation for specific professional workflows.
See how the same reviewed transaction data supports different kinds of professional work while leaving every conclusion and judgment with your team.

The work product
Every engagement returns a working file, not a raw export.
-
Transaction schedule
A clean CSV or Excel file, one row per transaction: date, payee or description, amount, and account, formatted for immediate analysis.
-
Ledger import files
Quicken/QIF or comparable import formats prepared when your workflow calls for ledger software.
-
Exception schedule
A short list identifying every entry that could not be resolved with certainty. Nothing is silently guessed into the data.
-
Reconciliation summary
A closing check tying the delivered file to each statement's opening and closing balances.
Process
Three steps, with the scope confirmed first.
Describe the batch
Tell us the number of accounts and months, whether the files are scanned or digital, the output needed, and the deadline. Do not include sensitive records in the initial email.
Secure transfer and preparation
After the scope and transfer method are confirmed, each statement is converted to transaction-level data and checked against its statement balances. Uncertain items are documented on the exception schedule.
Delivery
The transaction schedule, import files, exception schedule, and reconciliation summary are returned together on the written schedule confirmed after the sample files are reviewed.
Engagements
Clear pricing before records move.
Standard monthly bank- and credit-card statement preparation is $30 per statement, with a $250 project minimum. Before work begins, we agree on the statement count, output, deadline, and one written price. Large, messy, scanned, or unfamiliar files may need a paid validation batch to confirm scope; it is not a required first step.
I handle each engagement directly, from the first sample through reconciliation and delivery. My experience comes from supporting a valuation firm on statement-heavy cases.
Clear division of responsibility
Troppe Financial Data Services prepares source documents into structured transaction data, documented exceptions, and reconciliation checks.
Your firm retains every accounting, legal, tax, and expert judgment. The service stops where professional analysis begins.
